Beijing Horizon Law Firm (“Horizon”) was established in 1996. In 1999, Horizon set up a branch office in Shenzhen.

Horizon is a full legal service provider with focus on litigation,arbitration, banking, corporate finance and foreign related economic matters.

Horizon’s strength comes from formal legal education and diversified working experience of its partners and senior lawyers. Some of them used to work with the National People’s Congress, the Supreme People’s Court, the Ministry of Justice and other levels of judicial, legislative and administrative organs; a few of them have prestigious academic background and the others had long time working experience with larger scale state-owned enterprises, listed companies, foreign banks, transnational companies and foreign Law firms.

Most of Horizon’s clients are large domestic companies, government departments, banks and other financial institutions and transnational companies.

Horizon has a deep root in China but with a world vision. Provision of precision and workable legal services to clients is our aim and rationale of existence.
